PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty Ocean Dives
Get in the Zone and improve your buoyancy control.
The key to being a good diver is good buoyancy control.
The purpose of the PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty Course is to polish a diver's buoyancy control beyond the Open Water Diver level. The goal of this course is to enhance the diver's buoyancy control abilities through knowledge development and practical skill practice.

Prerequisites: Certified Jr. or Open Water Diver and be 10 years of age or older. Our Peak Performance Buoyancy Pool.

Class Size: 4 to 8 students

Course Content: Two ocean dives. In this course, you will learn Peak Performance Buoyancy fundamentals:

1. Buoyancy check
2. Fine-tuning buoyancy underwater
3. Weight positioning and distribution
4. Streamlining
5. Visualization
6. Hovering
7. Establishing neutral buoyancy underwater throughout the dive
8. Breathing management

Equipment: Standard SCUBA outfit for your diving environment.
Location and Time: Cape Ann Area to be determined by the Instructor and the weather conditions. Or on one of our exotic group trips .
MASS Diving Cancellation/Postpone Policy: MASS Diving reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class due to weather, lightning, pool closing, below minimum enrollment levels, or any other circumstance that may cause the course to be postponed.  In the event of a class cancellation by MASS Diving, the student may switch to another date or receive a full refund on the instructional portion of the course.  Materials fee is only refundable if returned in its original condition.
