 In September 1996, the Habitat Curaçao dive resort proudly
opened its doors for all to see. Created from the ground up with the diver in mind, this stunning new resort has every facility for
today’s demanding dive traveler. But you don’t need to be a scuba diver to enjoy quiet
ambiance and dramatic landscapes, or relax by the pool in this sunny oasis.
Located in the quiet countryside of the Southwest coast, the dive resort is set apart from the
hustle and bustle of Willemstad yet only a 25 minute ride away via any one of our three
complimentary shuttle trips to and from town each day.
 The dive resort is bright, airy, spacious, and has breathtaking
views from every room. Ocean's Restaurant and Bar continues the tradition of coupling delicious food with stunning vistas and
you’ll meet lots of exciting people stopping by the bar for Happy Hour. "Diving Freedom"
means 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the tanks are available whenever you want to dive.
The fully equipped dive shop offers instruction on all levels of diving, two 2-tank boat dives daily,
complete photo facilities and a full line of equipment rental, sales, and service.
The dramatic cactus cliffs surrounding the resort beckon
to the outdoor enthusiast. Rent a mountain bike here and go off-road along the coastal trail or over the hill to
a nearby quiet beach. Hikers can follow the coastal trail inland and view flamingos resting in a natural salt pond.
The Front Desk can arrange tours to many of Curaçao’s attractions such as Boca Tabla Cave,
Curaçao Seaquarium, Ostrich Farm, or historic 18th century landhouses.
Accommodations
 An architecturally stunning design, set amidst naturally
landscaped grounds Habitat Curaçao offers 40 Sea view and 16 Garden view Jr. Suites with full air conditioning.
Amenities include kitchenette with refrigerator and 2 burner stove, two Queen size beds,
Safe Deposit Box, Telephone, and full Bath. Each are decorated in a colorful, custom design highlighting the ocean
environment, unique history of the island, and include daily maid service.
Restaurant
Ocean's Restaurant and Bar serves up International cuisine with a local flavor from 7:30 am to
10 pm each day on a terraced balcony overlooking the sea. Enjoy a steaming hot cup of coffee
as you awake to a bountiful buffet of fruits, cereals, pancakes, toast, and eggs cooked fresh to
order. Lunch will power you up for another dive with hearty sandwiches, burgers, soups, and
salads. Finally as the sun sets and you relax with a famous Curaçao Cocktail feast on
array of fine steaks, fresh vegetables, and freshly caught daily seafood specials. Save some space for the
decedent cheesecake dessert!

Dance to jazzy local rhythms during our popular Sunday Happy Hour from 5 - 6 pm when a
talented local keyboard player entertains at the bar. Monday from 6 until 7 pm welcome to the
Managers’ Cocktail Party with free rum punch, snacks, and live steel drum music. Study your
Curaçao trivia and you’ll have a good chance to win one of the many prize giveaways.
Thursday night is the Week in Review Slide Show presented
by Exposures, our in-house Photo Facility. This show recaps the weeks activities and you are the star of the show.

air-conditioned unit consists of two queen size beds, full bath, desk,
kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove top and utensils, safe deposit box,
telephone, balcony, sofa, and two chairs.
